I am a small hobbyist who breeds a handful of macaws and cockatoos. I have been breeding them for almost 10 years now. I have a small-scale operation, which allows me a lot of time to give each chick.
My love and passion has always been toward the cockatoos, but until a couple years ago, I have branch out toward the macaws. I have always enjoyed working around animals and breeding the parrots has in some sort of fulfillment.
I feed my cockatoos a pellet diet along with fruit and veggies. I also feed my macaws some pellets and a mixture of seed diet along with their fruit and veggies.
OUR POLICY
DEPOSITS: Deposit of 100.00 will hold any Cockatoos or African Greys and $300.00 to hold any macaws which are non-refunable.
PAYMENTS: One can make deposits while your baby is being cared for in our nursery. All babies must be paid for in full before leaving our nursery.
FORM OF PAYMENT: Can be either a U.S. Postal Money Order or a check (takes 10 days for a check to clear before shipping any babies).
SHIPPING: Normally I use either use Delta or Continental Airlines, which is around $100.00 to $120.00 plus health certificate if required. Please note not all state do not require a health certificate. $10.00 to $35.00 for carrying crate depends on the size.
HEALTH GURANATEE
All BABIES PARROTS comes with a 72-hour health guarantee. Buyer is encouraged to have the birds examined by an avian veterinarian of his/her choice within 72 hours. If during the 72 hours, the birds are found to have a CONDITION, which affects their health or well-being, then the seller will either replace or refund the price of the parrot. Diana Parrots must see a copy of your avian vet finding with the number on the bird(s) leg band in writing. Of course, unintentional mishandling of birds by the new owner resulting in sickness or death is not covered. If the buyers fell to have the parrots examined within the 72 hours of the bird being ship then its consider to be sold AS IS.
All unweaned parrots are considered to be sold AS IS. Breeder parrots are sold AS IS.
